Industrial mortar flooring.
Self-levelling screed: a fluid screed that can be applied over existing substrates such as acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, and underfloor heating systems. On-site application is carried out by a Criação Z accredited applicator. This screed is designed to be directly covered, without the need for a prior levelling layer.
Combining economy and performance, self-levelling screed enables the creation of perfectly level floors. Furthermore, self-levelling screed has a particularly low environmental impact and effectively meets the objectives of the HQE (High Environmental Quality) approach (no dust or CO2 emissions, 100% recycling of manufacturing waste, elimination of metallic reinforcement, reduction of material thickness by 15 to 30%, resulting in savings on load-bearing structures and elimination of thermal bridges).
